The Doodlemoo Icons: Our Most Loved Designs
The Doodlemoo Icons: Our Most-Loved Designs
Some designs are created for a particular moment and end up taking on a life of their own. Others are inspired by a conversation, a memory or simply a combination of colour and form that just works.
Over the years, certain Doodlemoo pieces have become firm favourites, designs you keep choosing for your homes, giving as gifts and coming back for again and again.
Here are some of our most-loved Doodlemoo designs, and a little of the story behind each one.
Mother Goddess Warrior
A celebration of strength, love and femininity
Mother Goddess Warrior has become one of those Doodlemoo designs that seems to connect with people in many different ways. Bold, feminine and full of character, she was created as a celebration of strength, love and the powerful women in our lives.
She's especially loved around Mother's Day, but has become an all-year-round favourite, chosen for mothers, daughters, friends and, just as importantly, for ourselves.

Te Amo
More than simply “I love you”
Te Amo began when a customer asked me to create a print for her anniversary — something simple but meaningful to express a deeper kind of love.
In Spanish, there are different ways of saying “I love you”. Te quiero is used widely for the people we love, while te amo expresses something deeper and more profound — the kind of love you might feel for your partner or your children.
That meaning is what makes these two little words so powerful. What started as a print created for one customer's anniversary went on to become one of Doodlemoo's most-loved designs, carrying its own love story into many other homes.

Luna Eclipse
Minimal, mysterious and a little mischievous
Luna Eclipse brings together two things I love in design: simplicity and playfulness.
This little black cat has a graphic, minimal quality, but there's also something mischievous and full of personality about her. I think it's that contrast that has made Luna such an enduring favourite, simple enough to work in lots of interiors, but playful enough to make you smile.

Mi Casa Tu Casa
Inspired by Latin warmth and hospitality
Mi Casa Tu Casa is particularly close to my heart because it was inspired by my Latin culture and that wonderful feeling of opening your home to people.
The phrase literally means “my house is your house”, but to me it's about much more than that. It's the idea that when someone comes into your home, they're welcomed, fed, included and made to feel completely at home.
It's a little piece of Latin warmth for your walls. (It also comes in blue and pink backgrounds)

Le Crabe
A little seaside character with a golden twist
Le Crabe is one of the newer additions to the Doodlemoo family, but quickly became a favourite.
I wanted the crab illustration to have an almost innocent, playful character while still retaining some of the detail of a more traditional natural-history illustration. The combination of colour, typography and gold foil brings everything together and gives the finished print a slightly unexpected elegance.
It's playful, but beautiful, a combination that feels very Doodlemoo.

Red Lobster Gold Foil
Simple, bold and impossible to ignore
Sometimes simplicity has the biggest impact.
The Red Lobster print combines a beautifully simple lobster illustration with rich red and shimmering gold foil. There's very little it needs beyond that, the contrast between the two gives the design its personality.
It's bold without being complicated, and has become one of those pieces people notice immediately when they see it on a wall.

Love Love
Made for Valentine's. Loved all year.
Love Love was originally designed for Valentine's Day, but it very quickly escaped February!
It's one of my more minimal, typographic designs, but the combination of pink and metallic gold gives it real impact. Perhaps that's why it has resonated far beyond Valentine's Day, it's simply a joyful little celebration of love.
For partners, friends, families or just because... we could all do with a little more Love Love.

Lightning Bolt Studs
Tiny bolts of colour
Our Lightning Bolt Studs prove that small things can still have plenty of personality.
Available in a variety of colours, they're fun, lightweight and incredibly easy to wear. The teal, glitter silver and pink have become particular favourites, adding just enough colour and sparkle without feeling like you're saving them for a special occasion.
They're also one of those wonderfully easy gifts, although quite a few pairs have been bought as a gift and mysteriously never made it to the recipient...

You Rock! Lightning Bolt Necklace
The Doodlemoo classic because You Rock!
If there's one piece of jewellery that sums up the Doodlemoo attitude, it might be the Lightning Bolt Necklace.
Bold, graphic and easy to wear, the lightning bolt has become something of a Doodlemoo signature. It's a classic piece that works with almost anything, a simple T-shirt, a favourite dress, a night out or a festival.
A little bit rock 'n' roll, a little bit playful, and a piece you'll reach for again and again.

Find your Doodlemoo favourite
From bold typography and flashes of gold to playful illustrations and colourful jewellery, these pieces may all look different, but they're connected by the same idea: bringing a little more art, colour and joy into everyday life.
And of course, favourites change. Some designs have been with us for years, while others are only just beginning their Doodlemoo story.
