How to make a paper recycling robot box DIY
How to make a Paper recycling robot box is our latest free printable DIY activity for the little artists in your life. We have always loved making things out of old cardboard boxes so we decided it would be fun to turn this into a double purpose activity for your little ones. You can feed old bits of paper into the card board box and teach the children to recycle as well as making a fun Robot which you can then recycle once it's full. It could also be a handy place to store all their art pieces in one place.

We have made a You Tube video (which was super fun to make with my boys) for instructions which you can find here, otherwise this is How to make it: Find an old cardboard box big enough to fit an A4 sheet. Print out the Robot's shapes from our printables section here. (2 A4 sheets), cut the shapes and stick them on your box. Follow our little Robot example or make your very own version. Carefully with a scalpel or knife open the mouth from edge to edge (this is where we feed the paper into the box). For extra interactivity stick plastic bottle tops, pom poms, wooden sticks onto the shapes.
We hope you enjoy making this! Leave us a comment bellow, we would love to know what you think! or any ideas you would like us to make or design! And don't forget to share your creations with us on social media!
