SHIPPING IN UK

We have FREE Shipping for all UK orders when you spend £65 or more. We aim to ship our products within 2-3 days, for framed pictures it might take up to 5 days. If you need something urgent please leave us a note (on the checkout page) and we can try and prioritise your order.

We send your items Royal Mail 1st Class but are not responsible for delays due to Royal mail oerations.

Exception: Our T-Shirt and Apparel are made to order and shipped from an external partner company so these take a longer, allow 4 days-1 week for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA & Canada - We ship internationally and have fixed rate of £10.50 or £14.50 to USA & Canada - 

normal shipping which usually takes 5 days, in some cases longer as we don't have control over Customs.

Australia - fixed rate of £10.50 or £14.50 - allow 5 days to 2 weeks

Europe -  £8.50 or £10.50 fixed rate - allow 5 days to 2 weeks 

Anywhere else in the world £15.50 fixed rate

These rates are calculated at the checkout when you input your address.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are a small company and aim to wrap all our parcels in a careful manner to ensure they arrive safe. It may get damaged in transit but this almost never happens. If you have any problem with shipping or your parcel hasn't arrived please let us know by email hello(at)doodlemoo.com
