We would love it if you didn't have to return your items.....but If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
PLEASE NOTE: our apparel and clothes are made to order so we don't accept any returns on these.
On all other items we offer free returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Earrings and earring studs cannot be returned
- Our Clothes are made to order so we cannot accept returns, this includes tops, jumpers, t shirts and trousers.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and we can let you know what to do.
- Your return will be issued as soon as we receive the damaged or unwanted item
- Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
- We are happy to exchange any item that has been damaged by us
